The servos require that you go back to the stock transmission pressure tables. The shift points may need to be dropped a little to help with keeping it off redline. The force motor current tables can also be manipulated to ensure proper commanded pressures.
I would try to soften the shift pressures by 10% and lower the shift rpm and speed a little at a time until you get it the way you like it. Feel free to give me a call when you have the program open and I can go over the settings that it allows.
