Don't know how the SSR is done but can't believe it's different than the car guys do. Is your new carpet a molded one piece? It should be retained in the flat of the foot well area by velco patches and around the periphery by the various trim panels. You probably need to remove the seats, consol cover, cowl kick panels, and the behind the seats trim panels, which would account for the large number of hours quoted. The molded carpets are the first trim that goes into the vehicle on assembly, and all else follows. Hope this helps. grimmye
