If you were closer to Dallas area, I know my guys at Earmark could replace that for you in half the time.
I say this because they removed my entire interior, installed dynamat in the cab and the doors, replaced speakers, installed a new sub woofer and speakers w/all the wiring involved, then reinstalled everthing in less then 8.
Course we do things a little different then ya'll do in California...
