I was at my friendly Coffee Importers the other day, and I was intorduced to a Cruffle. One of the girls working there asked me if I wanted to try a nice little treat, and she had me follow her into another office where she opened this little white box up. I saw what looked like Truffles You know the kind,.. rich chocolate with a even richer creamy filling.
I was informed before I tried it, that it was not a "Truffle", rather it was a "Cruffle". It was called that because the interior was a deliciously moist piece of cake hand dipped in a vanilla coating.
OMG, I cannot tell you how good it was.
