The coilovers and a arms id say 2 to 2.5 hours. Pretty much basic swap and put in new parts. ON coilover will vary because someone will want it all the way down and be be fine with it and if you want it higher you just lift the truck so front end is hanging unloosen sway bar and then unloosen the 18mm nut/bolt that holds the bottom of the coilover to the lower mount and then you unloosen. That will take about 15 minutes. Its very easy to install.
