He says let me make a call. He called a few days ago and said I would have to pay a fifty dollar ded and I get a new speedo! I am really happy and hope the work comes off without a glitch. I am on vacation now and hope it is ready upon my return. I guess persistence helps and the folks here made me aware of that.

Been over 1 week and still no truck, reordering the speedo for the third time, no wonder the general is in such poor financial condition.
