#1 WITH A BULLET! DREAM CRUISE RELEASES NEW, OFFICIAL SONG!
Drive On! debuts from soon-to-be released ’08 Woodward Dream Cruise CD
ROYAL OAK, MI—Motor City artists, musicians and producers with links to the early days of Motown and Detroit rock n’ roll, have collaborated to create a new, original song—Drive On!—for the Woodward Dream Cruise, as the group continues to work on completion of an entire CD of official cruisin’ music.
Drive-On!, the CD’s title and first single, is the brainchild of long-time Detroit performer, writer and producer RG Dempster, on who’s Detroit Rocks! label the tribute to classic cruisin’ appears. Dempster began his musical career in the mid-60s, opening for legendary groups the Yardbirds and the MC5 at the old Olympia Stadium in Detroit.
