Me again only with good news; after talking to Greg on the phone he was sure it had to do with the deep sump pan install, I again pulled the pan and pulled all the solenoids out, upon removing the 2-3 solenoid wire I noticed that the prong for current connection in the receptacle was bent off to one side. I straightened and checked the other connections installed another filter, gasket and new fluid and it performed like the truck we had bought. We went on our first drive of the year and enjoyed a liesureley 220 mile trip at a measured 21 mpg.
