Sure, Scheide . . . definitely not Rocket Science or I would have never been able to pull it off.

Via another Fanatic, I bought a used Original Front Satin Wheel including Tire (claimed about 10k miles on the tire) for 100 bucks including shipping. I added two vinyl covers (one from the bottom and the other from the top) for about 15 bucks each and pushed the entire mess towards the front of the bed. It does consume some space, however, the peace of mind is more valuable than the space.

A number of "experts" have confirmed the Front Wheel will perform on the Rear without problems for a limited period. Thankfully, I've never needed to prove them either right or wrong so far.

Does all of this makes sense?
