OK....now that I see you have tied your shoes really tight Mr. Focks, I will take the time to calm your thoughts....
First....nevermind and nevermore coexist in a state of misbehaving but with an edge to attention attraction. By changing ones mind. yes, it can be a complete thought but in a series of random ideas but with little detail to attention. The picture below highlites the "What If"
