I purchashed a 6 year extended warranty when I bought my 04 SSR. I am the original owner. For the past 2 years I have been unable to get my faulty
convertible top fixed due to parts unavailability. I have been in constant contact with our local dealer and GM customer assistance and have been
unable to get any answers or direction on how to get my car fixed. What
happened to the " GM WILL HONOR WARRANTIES " when they have no parts??
So far I have a real neat SSR that I have to lower the top by hand and a
worthless warranty I paid extra money for.

Anybody have any thoughts ???
