I was going to make sure the lodge was aware of our trip - I've put the NPS on notice too!
Picnic sounds great - AND - folks that want a sit down meal can do that too at the lodge - not sure of a sandwich shop open at 8:30 - but Albertsons may be able to make up something.
With an earlier start, there should be a bit more 'explore' time.
I'm fairly confident that there won't be near as much snow - BUT, we will know more then...
The hotel still has lots of rooms...
