Hey you guys and gals heading to the "UP",I spent many a day in copper harbor as a young lad of ten, back in the fifty's.Hot summer weather,but ice cold lake superior for sure!Great memories for me! Lived in Laurium,Calumet,MI. We left there when we were fifteen years old,a long time ago! Have fun Fanatics,sounds like a fantastic run for sure!!
PS: My Father was a graduate mechanical engineer from Michigan Tech.Boeing brought him and us out to Washington State,we went back to live with Mom in 1952.What great friends I had as a young lad. Mostly Finish,Italian,solid rock salt of the earth people!God Bless them all and you guys too,be safe and enjoy Gods Country!
