I was going to start one of those "First Time SSR Owner" threads, but I figured the most fitting thing to do here was close out this thread, and close it out right.

Picked up the Ricochet yesterday afternoon. Drove her to the Jersey DMV to get a temporary tag for transit and then proceeded to drive her home.

Man what a ride! Had to drive through NYC and got my first thumbs up on Canal street.

It took a total of 5 hours (Long Island was a parking lot yesterday), but I finally got her home and all the neighbors came out to pay their respects

Even my daughter, who originally said she thought it was ugly when she first saw the pix, fell in love immediately.

Anyway, if anyone out there happens to be in Maggie today and sees Jim, tell him thanks from me. I couldn't possibly be happier.
