05 SSR F/Sale-Interesting Features
Not meaning to promote this SSR for sale but I thought it had some really nice addititions that could
be of interest to some.
1. For anyone towing behind a motorhome there is a very cool tow set up behind a flip up license plate.
2. It has a "Remco" Driveshaft. I have not heard of this replacement option before.
3. For the GPS/IPod group it has what seems like a pretty high end unit, with back up camera,
Onstar interface etc. I thought I read someone's post that said Onstar was not viable. Says a $2500
unit but I don't know anything about this stuff. It gives model# & info for look up if one wants.
Anyway, real nice 2005 SSR 6 sp w/full chrome added.
Big BIN price on it though

I am so sorry I posted this. I can see it all now.
I will be forever branded as "The Bum" responsible for the little piggy going to market!
I should never have dangled the beautiful red apple in front of the Doophus.
The Judas of the North!
I thought the tow attachment was really cool, but I've never seen one for the SSR before.
Maybe that is standard fare for the wealthy bunch that tow SSR's!

The previous owner must have seen my 05 ,I had several owners to Pm me about RRS towing .Noticed they had the same design I made for the front license holder , also Blue Ox used my SSR for their propotype base plate. STILL ALOT OF MONEY .
A Remco driveshaft is made for towing. It has a coupling to disconnect the transmission from the rear axle. My Aunt and Uncle have one on their Chevy truck they tow behind their motorhome. They work great, but not cheap. Prices start at 750 dollars.
