I am thinking about selling my SSR. It is Red and fully loaded with a 6 speed. It has 16,000 miles on it and is absolutley beautiful. It has Chrome wheels, leather heated seats, running boards, carpeted bed, windscreen, guages and more. I would sell it for $25,000. I live in Wisconsin.
My SSR: "Kate" a Haughty Redhead, '06 Redline FPR 6 spd. #23333 Build Date 2/16/06
Greg, which boards do you have, the body colour or satin? Maybe it should also be noted whether the hitch insert is still with the SSR.
Also, to help with a question from Doophus, yours was a very late MY2005 build. Do you have the flip down storage tray in your deck lid?

It is only 57 VIN's away but it is a MY2005.
#21256 was built 5.24.2005. LCC closed down 5.26.2005 for 2 months and on 7.22.2005 began production again commencing with the 45 MY2006 Brickyards.
Having said that, $25k is a very good buy for a very nicely appointed 2005 with only 16k.

No particular significance. I asked heebie out of curiosity but didn't mean to muddle the thread. I was of the opinion that all MY2005's had the storage tray but realized somewhere during the year the tray was discontinued. No big deal but for interest I was going to try and determine about when the change occurred.

Het Cash,
As near as I have been able to determine, the change was made just before May of 2005. The ones built in early April do have the drop-down compartment. Trucks built in May don't.

I will start a separate thread on this subject, and probably copy some of your posts.
