I just went through the same thing 2 weeks ago with a Harley I was selling. I don't understand why they won't at least call you and let you know they changed their mind.

I've decided that the unrefundable deposit policy will be put in force.

That way they have "skin in the game" and if they don't finish the deal then I can lower the price and sell it to the next guy.

I hope your deal closes soon.

Dad Gum, where has all the time gone. Didn't realize I haven't been on here since December. Talk to some of you on fb. Noticed the Great Looking Maggie Valley 2012 Shirts on fb and realized I better get my butt in gear.

Haven't worried about it at all, but guess it's time to bring our New 06 Black Loaded 6 Speed back to the top of the For Sale list. Haven't done it yet, but will list it on Auto Trader and/or ebay in the near future. I really believe it will bring more than I'm asking. How many 1500 mile 06 Loaded 6 speeds are out there? Except for a hand full of miles everything is exactly as post # 1. Still only around 1500 miles on the clock.

Go for the fence. Your SSR is prime. If an agency sold an SSR with 1500m they would sell it for slightly less than the MSRP. Your R is rare. It is mint. It should set the standard for High value SSR's. Good luck. Time is on your side.
