I have been thinking of selling my SSR Final Production Run low mileage truck. It's got all options with chrome package interior and wheels. Automatic with car cover extra floor mats. It's never been in the rain!! The vehicle looks like it's brand new. I have not had it very long, but due to too many vehicles and storage issues I may need to let it go. I would be interested in what folks think it's worth. Anyone interested can send me a PM and we can chat more. Thanks. Tom
What it's worth and what it will sell for are two different prices.
Check ebay and see what is listed and what is selling. Lots of reserve not met.
Good luck with your sale.
My SSR: Slingshot Yellow VIN 20778 Born 05 May 2005 (05/05/05)

Good Luck with your sale, Tom.
I agree with Mike . . . due to our wonderful economy and other factors, your very unique R will probably not sell for what it is truly worth.
For what it's worth, if it were my R I would NOT consider anything less than $35k and probably would be a little reluctant to accept that.

Once again, GOOD LUCK!
Curt you are correct. Look what happened to Blue Thumper 06 6 speed in Pacific Blue. Not many of those! He had more than $60 k in it and sold it for 29k and had a He$$ of a time doing that. Not the time to sale.
My SSR: "Kate" a Haughty Redhead, '06 Redline FPR 6 spd. #23333 Build Date 2/16/06
You haven't enjoyed it much as I see you have only put 400 miles on since purchasing March/April. Based on the guys asking price at that time I don't imagine you will recover costs unless you bought it very well.
I can't believe it hasn't sold but SSRHEARTBEAT has been trying to sell his full load with chrome and only 1.5k miles for quite a while, last list price $35k to my knowledge. I believe his ad campaign is restricted though, possibly limited only to the forum. His is not an FPR and I am one who puts a value to that, probably about $2k. The other significant difference is his is a 6sp, which may have a slightly higher value. Excepting these two significant differences they are similarly highly optioned SSRs.
Not sure how recent current economics are affecting sales but if there are buyers out there I would guess a value to be about $36-37.5k.

I have a low mile 2004 that I bought in March, but once I purchased the truck, saw a Chrome Addition 2006 and wanted a black one, so my search began. A couple good places to see what the ASKING PRICES ARE are Auto Trader and Lemon Free. I found several there and yes, a few Final Production. Ebay has had one for sale out of Houston since May with just under 15,000 miles and is a Final Production. They also have several others and from what I can see, specialize in quality used cars of all kinds from SSR, Camaro's, Prowlers, etc. They started out at $39,995 in May for the black 2006 and it is now down to $35,995, again, ASKING PRICE.
I agree, the market is a little soft and the summer selling season is about over. It is going to be hard to find a true buyer. I have several low mile cars I put up for sale and to be honest, not much interest in anything but my 2007 Corvette and naturally, they want it cheap.
But there is some hope. Auto Trader has a program that will bring you dealers willing to pay the same price for three days only. Now the kicker is I am sure they all have wiggle room if they feel you didn't represent the car correctly.
I am going to give it a try this weekend so if your interested in my results or the experience, PM me next week and I will tell you it it is True or TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
PS Naturally their offere isn't retail, but last time I did this, it was above, low book.
