I think it might look better in person. In any case, you'd be riding a pretty classy broom !!

Why do people put such un realistic reserves on there cars on e-bay? ANYONE should be happy to get a $33K bid/sell for an 05 SSr with 14K miles on it. One has to take into consideration that you will NEVER get any money back on add ons.

Maybe he doesn't really need to sell it, and is just seeing how much he can get.

Happens all the time in the real world, whether its cars, real estate, or businesses. "I wasn't going to sell it but he made me an offer I couldn't refuse"

As far as color - the tangerine is a gorgeous color, and it probably looks pretty good in person. I'd take a tangerine and purple any time, so not that far off.

Not sure you needed to be quite that insulting.

Not trying to be insulting, To me that color combination looks goofy. If the sides were silver maybe, but black just screems Oct. 31st to me.

This whole thread falls into the category of Deja' Vu, doesn't it?

Didn't Ricochet go off on a tangent sometime ago about Lonnie's Rat Rod. The fact of the matter is, Ricochet doesn't like anythng that does not fall into the "Plain Jane" Category. Like his Silver one, that is mostly stock except for the badge. NO, I am not going to go into what is stock or not, but lets face it, someone else lives in a black/white world, and there is NO room for any other color in that household.

I thank you for pointing that truck out to us. I love the colors, and the mind that thought of taking the time to do it. Its called imagination, some people have it, some people don't. It really excites me to see someone else that does, and actually takes the time to act on it.

Yes Focks its True, I REALLY HATE when People take an already beautiful simple design and SCREW it up with REALLY goofy looking paint...but to each his own. Frankly I want people to look at my Truck because they like its simple beautiful lines not how asinine it looks. Imagination is a wonderful thing as long as its in good taste. Imagination without taste however can be a costly UGLY mistake.

Focks you hit the nail on the head... He has nothing nice to say when something is changed or different... He needs to learn to say nothing when he doesn't like something......

Can you imagine what would happen in this country if every one practiced your way of thinking? When your dead you will have plenty of time to keep your feelings to yourself sweetie. Now is not the time.

What about sticking things like JCWhitney-type add-ons such as reflectors and fancy license plate covers and 70's "billet" type accessories on the back of a classy vehicle? I think that's much worse than an original paint job that follows the lines of the truck.

All can be easily removed with no harm to the original Truck. Thats the difference Dear.
