Looks like vinyl graphics to me, and BAD VINYL graphics at that! Really hard to look at graphics like that after seeing how Focks' ride turned out!

My Personal Opinion

I really did not think it looked all that bad. I kind of like the placement of the flames. It is unique compared to most I've seen.
