Folks,

I wish Mike good luck in selling his SSR. It's a beauty, plus very low miles for an '05. I've seen it and helped him tinker with his truck.....always enjoy helping mod someone else's SSR when I'm not doing my own.

Mike shocked me last night when he first told me that he was selling it. I was relieved to know that he intends to remain with us either way. I've got mixed feelings about him selling his SSR, as I hate to lose one of my renowned "Bondo Bro's".

I've said it before and I'll say it again here, thanks, Mike, for all of the really classy goodies that you've provided us fanatics under the hood!

Mike's selling? Surprised me too..but a great reason to change SSR's. I remember thinking to myself while looking at Mike's engine compartment that it is beautiful and detailed to an amazing degree. Who ever gets this pampered SSR next is very fortunate.

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, it will be missed when it goes, but I hope to sell it soon so I can begin locating a older high mileage SSR and start working on it over the winter so it will be ready for next spring. I just have a bad itch to heavily customize one, hopefully this one will find a nice new home soon.

At first glance - guessing auto - no billet aluminum cover where there should be a clutch reservoir next to the brake reservoir.

Just by your posts I can see it being special custom what ever you do.

You have me thinking ... my 03 still has extended warrenty on it.

Can you make what you want out of mine?

I think I'm at the limit of going overboard with changes to mine, in my taste.

Maybe a new canvas and a new direction for my customs for me would be good also.

Under warranty until mid August 2010 but it can be extended beyond that if desired.
