I have a black GM SSR car cover for sale it's only been on the truck once.
It is great if it is inside. But outside in the weather it does not work great. I have a picture of what mine looked like after being in the weather for a while. I had to replace it. Got a great deal on one the wokes better in the weather.

Brownhornet - yours doesn't look anything like the black one from GM - It's all black, has the SSR logo on the front, and is quite thick and heavy duty - at least on a par with the California Cover I've had for other vehicles.
The one that is torn in your photos looks fairly thin, more like the dust covers I've used in show situations.

I just wanted to say that there are a lot of great covers on the market for sure...
However, besides the quality material it is made with, what I really like about the GM Black SSR Logo cover is that it has small hooks that fit into special slots in the running boards. The special slots are located under the boards near the body side of the rails It definetly secures the cover and it insures a very "taut" form fitting look!

I am sorry for the negative way I posted my last reply. I was not trying to put down the GM cover. It is a great cover if best used inside. Outside in the weather it has it's flaws.
