Cargo Trailer - SOLD LOCALLY
Since I have gotten my knee replaced and sold my handicap scooter, I no longer need my trailer for long rally trips. It is made Little Cargo Trailer. Their website is Luggage Trailer - Small Tow Behind Luggage Trailers For Sale. If you go to their website and click on testimonials, there is some pictures of it and my SSR. It is the Vacationer model.
It sells for $2,248.00 with the optional cooler tray. I want $1,250.00 for it.
The approximate dimensions are:
Box - 60"L X 40"W X 22" H - 30 cubic feet of cargo space. 13" aluminum wheels.
Overall - 108"L X 56" W X 44" H.
Empty weight - 220 lbs. GVW is 990 lbs.

Reason: Sold trailer
A couple things come to mind. Please forgive me for my thoughts.
Put the satin rims back on the R so that it matches the trailer and you will like it better. (or put black rims on the trailer).
I have a powered chair and I can see modifying that trailer to haul the chair. I cannot see putting a flatbed on it with any stability to haul the chair the trailer would work fine.
Lastly, see the angle of the trailer. That is what I need to correct on my trailer. I need to lower the ball about three inches.
Now, that being said. I had an "EGG" trailer, much like yours. I miss it. What you asking for the price is a fair one and I wish you luck.

I have actually lowered the the tongue angle by bolting two pieces of 2" X 2" aluminum square tubing to the top of the tongue, then bolting the hitch to that.
It would be easily removed and returned to the stock configuration. I could deliver the trailer to Flagstaff if anyone is interested.
My SSR: '05 Concept Truck, powered by Heavy Duty rubberbands, and a really BIG WINDUP KEY!
It's very tempting... but I am afraid my wife would think its means she can bring more shoes. besides, I'm also afraid to say i am going to have a much high tax bill due, come December. Too bad. I like it.

Cargo Trailer
It does lock. 2 keys. No inside light but I think it would be easy to add one. I have a security cable and padlock that I run thru the wheel slot, over the axle and back out thru another slot. The frame and sides are aluminum. The top is ABS plastic, the fenders are ABS also. I will try to take some more pictures tomorrow. You can go the the trailer company website. Click on the pictures tab and it shows inside and bottom views. http://www.littlecargotrailer.com/

I am posting the pictures of the inside of the trailer. I have three sets of keys not two. One each for the trailer, the security cable lock and the hitch lock. It also has Support Tech Struts which Stephen Fenner & I installed at the Colorado Springs Rally last July. It has a 2" hitch. Pictures 1, 2 & 3 are of the inside of the trailer. Picture 4 shows how I modified the tongue so the trailer would set more level. The modification is all bolt on with 2" square aluminum tubing. It can be removed and the hitch returned to the factory position.
Since lowering the tongue does the trailer tow level behind the SSR? Are you planning any trips to Florida? I'm possibly interrested. Tires still have plenty of tread? Wheel bearings been repacked or in need of repacking?

The trailer does now sit almost level behind the SSR. No trips planned for Florida in the near future. Might do the Gulf Coast Cruise in 2012. I have only used the trailer twice. First trip was to the Texas Rally in 2009, about 3,000 miles. Second trip was to Pikes Peak Rally last July, about 1,000 miles. Tires are in excellent shape and have not had to service wheel bearings yet. Some of the Florida members are coming to Flagstaff. Maybe one of them could tow it back for you. I live in the Kansas City, MO area.
