If You're Looking For OEM Parts (Like Chrome) For Fair Prices
All you have to do is PM guys like RSSRTOY, BYERS, UMPIRE13 or Mike in AZ. They all can get parts that are available for your SSR at the best prices, without gouging you.
All of the chrome exterior parts are available, with the exception of the door handles. All of the interior chrome parts are available except for the shift plates, and door handles, and those are scheduled to be available in the near future (I've heard as soon as a month or two). The chrome gauge sets are still unavailable.
These guys can get any parts that are currently in production and / or in stock. The parts they CAN'T get are the ones that a few individuals buy up as rapidly as possible to re-sell at MUCH higher prices, to people that are either ill informed or simply don't do their homework.
If you want or need parts, DO your homework, and don't pay a ridiculous price just because you think somebody is doing you a favor, because they are NOT.
If you need help finding a part I would be glad to assist in that quest, FREE OF CHARGE, just PM me. I have done this for a few years now, because it's just not right that a few individuals try to control parts prices at 2-3-4 times their cost.
Here are a few links to members that I know that sell parts at fair prices, and will update the links if anybody wishes to forward new links, which I will verify before posting:

Some experience.....
I've been buying the chromed parts since February of '06. The raffle at the '06 Laughlin event scored a pair of fog light bezels and I haven't been the same since....
Individual prices were high through about April of '06 and then they dropped like a rock. GM cleared out their "discontinued" inventory and we got some really great bargains.
It's been a long dry spell since..... Some of the members have experimented with vacuum plating and found it a disappointment. Others (hdflstf for example) found a great source of real plating. The prices have been all over the map since then.
It's nice to see the real GM pricing on these parts. Some of them are bargains and others (like the crossbar) are almost better done in the aftermarket. The individual pieces will be best purchased at either one or the other.
I think there are some bargains to be had in the aftermarrket chrome stuff.... exterior door handles are almost dead even, but I think the factory SS is better purchased from GM.....
Thanks for the Benchmark, Doug. It will surely help us make better choices.

The difference in the exterior door handle price is, there is no exchange on OEM handles.

To be fair, the prices will vary a few percent between dealers, but if you're paying much more than this, you're paying too much.
Doug...can you include interior chrome prices that Mark doesn't already show in his thread. Specifically, the interior pull handles and console shift plates, both auto and manual. I'm lacking those pieces (pull handles and automatic console plate) and have no idea what list and wholesale prices are. Any help is much appreciated.

I will as they become available, but the inside handles and shift plates are available in aftermarket chrome (exchange) only at this time. Contact Art hdflstf for the shift plates, and I can get the inside handles chromed for about $ 65 each exchange plus shipping.
