Trial fitting
I trimmed one out today to where I thought it should be and the fit is terrific. No adjusting on the mold is required. To say I am pleased is an understatement. The opening has not been opened up yet and it is held on with some tape just to check it. Check out the pictures.

Congratulations Eric:
It's been a long time - I'm looking forward to my spoiler with baited breath!

Yes this is the same as the fiberglass spoiler. All mold were taken off of the same design.
I will be calling all the people on my list to see how many I need to make on the first run ( how much material to order, etc) If you do not want to wait for me to call you, or do not think you are on my list, Pm me and I will reply with my contact info.

Some more pictures
Here are some higher up pictures. Also one of the aluminum lower support set in place. Would reccomend Mike in AZ lower support here. No webbing in the plastic, alot stronger and easier to put the allen machine screws in that way

....and preparing for the chin spoiler, I've already installed Mike In Az lower support.
Definitely worth the price and installing for more support of the radiator and the chin spoiler.
A good recommendation Eric.

That Spoiler Looks Great!! I am glad that this was finished and the materials used will be more forgiving.

I am currently using the front fender stabilizer bar and the front plate mount that attaches to it.
Will the stabilizer bar be in the way of the spoiler mounting? I realize that the plate mount may not work but I plan on fabricating a bracket which will pass through the opening in the spoiler to hold the plate. Thanks, Joe

That is going to be one fantastic piece! I know that it has been a long and winding road to get to this point. Welcome to the finish line. Well done my friend. Well done indeed.
That's a good question, I too am using stabilizers on the front bumper that I got from ebay one on each side, will this be a problem with the spoiler installation.

Would love to get one of these spoilers "downunder". Where we are located we have a big "wet season" so the road gutters are quite steep. When you get one fitted could you advise the distance from the under side of the spoiler to the road then we can see if there is enough clearance. vavoom
