rhobbel, I know it's been a while for the chin spoiler, but Eric is a jam- up guy. I have every faith that it will happen soon and be well worth the wait. I just get nervous when a vendor selling on this site doesn't come through, or doesn't stand behind what he sells it makes the rest of us look bad.
Now granted MPD is not a Supporting Vendor on this site in fact he isn't even a supporting member? Maybe thats why SSR6SPD seems to do all the talking for him.
In any event having gone through one bad experience on this site with Chin Spoilers I am hopefull it doesn't happen again.
I know you are fairly new to this site and probably not aware of past problems.

Hi rhobbel, It's good to be somewhat cynical and I joined this site during the end of the Axiom fiasco... (am I allowed to say their name?) so I get where you're coming from. Anyway I really like Eric and have talked with him several times. I don't feel that he's out to do anything except what we've asked him to. Like I said sometimes life gets in the way... BTW Eric is a senior member on this site and was the 1st on my buddy list! Anyway nothing is for sure in this life but my bet is Eric will come through anytime now. No hard feelings, I'd look out for you too! And thanks for the compliment!

Unless I'm missing something, I don't think the comparison is valid as the 'A' person took money up front and then started breaking promise after promise. Eric has actually delivered parts
Hello Fanatics: I too have prepaid for this spoiler and waiting with anticipation
to have that beautiful chin spoiler mounted and aside from a smoothie from
Tommyz.....who has gone on a sebatical to customize some vehicles for the Detroit autorama,he too is a artist,and perhaps,like Eric,tommyz's promises
exceed the amount of time in a day to accomplish it all......I too have faith in these
Guys and I appreciate their creative gifts that soon will result in some very nice mods! Hold.onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn their comin...hold on their comin....the Mods

His post was back in August 06 -I also have been waiting - for I was in the order list 8/15/06, and as you can see we were told the price would ADJUST when the bugs were worked out. I understood this from the get-go. I am very happy this is almost available and will enjoy it without complaints on costs. The workmanship these folks are known for is worth its weight in Gold! Its all good.

Im not going quote you in an effort to save space, But I don't know where you are getting your information. I did nothing to piss off Tommy in fact I have nothing bad to say about Tommy he has alway's done right by me. I can't say the same about Eric but Im not going to get into that right now. Going back through your posts you were a big advocate for Axiom sticking up for them almost to the bitter end. You should have learned from that experience.
If you want to throw your money out there for people before you even see a product and then wait over 5 months and still get nothing well thats fine. Personally I have grown tired of the "Pie In The Sky" Bought the ASC Chin Spoiler instead very nice product looks just like the NASCAR Spoiler. Yes it costs a little more than the advertised price of MPD'S But I will guarantee you one thing My Chin Spoiler will be on my truck long before yours! That is of course if you ever get yours.

When Doug (raticalssr) asked me to build a rear spoiler I delivered. Maybe it took longer than I thought but I got the job done. Thankfully I have had about three unhappy customers in the last five years and hundreds of very happy customers with nothing but complements to give. I can say that the Fanatics have been the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with. My point is, I DELIVER. And I deliver a quality product

Thanks Eric for commenting. I understand quality takes time and the scope of a project like this since before I became a Farmer I worked in Engineering.
I myself have so many unfinished projects around the farm I think I lost count. I tell my wife and myself that "I may not fix much, but I do quality work when it's done"
Keep up the good work Eric. When you get caught up on chin spoiler orders I have a project for you.
