In looking at Dave's reply to this thread, it was time stamped prior to the gentleman that sent me a PM regarding this disc.

I originally replied for the OP to "send me a PM" (which he did not) and I did not look at this thread prior to replying to the gentleman that sent me a PM.

Bottom line: if you are still wanting the disc, Dave, it is available to you. I believe that would be the fair resolution based upon the time stamps.

That sounds very fair Chris.

Not knowing what goes on behind the scenes one never knows but it appeared Dave should have first opportunity and the guy that sniped in behind should have posted stating he would like to be second in line.
Dave, being a very new member, did not seem not familiar with "PM" and hopefully he has that sorted out.
He should have enough posts under his belt to do that.

Why do you not just make a ISO out of the cd and put it for all of us to get FREE
it did not cost anything it came with the SSR?

I appreciate your reply, Cash. For the record, the other gentleman did not "snipe in behind", rather he was under the impression that I possessed more than one CD. He did PM me, and expressed that given the circumstances, it would only be fair to offer the CD to Dave first.

I understand being new to forums (albeit for myself that was years ago), I am a long standing member of other automobile forums, and realize that Dave may take a bit of time to get accustomed to the features.

Hopes this clears up any issues.

Um, because that is illegal?? It is called "copyright infringement". One could apply the logic "it did not cost anything it came with the SSR" to owner's manuals or top tools, or any other part for that matter.

go to the post above yours and click on the SmoovC in the left upper corner. that will take you to a menu with an option for Send a Private Message. Choose that and send your message.

Click on SmoovC's name in his avatar section. Some choices will be available in a "dropdown". Click on "Send a Private Message". Send Chris a message so you cna communicate and make an arrangement. As far as it seems, he is waiting to hear from you.

and we are not sell it. we have to made it to a cd from the ISO file and it can be download from this forum.

Dude, are you for real?? Are you still on this kick? You cannot get the Mona Lisa anywhere, and it is not made anymore either. So by applying your (flawed) logic, it would be perfectly legal to reproduce and post on a forum??

Tell you what Jimbo, once you own a copy of the disc, feel free to "make an ISO file" and post it anywhere you well please. In the meantime, don't tell me what I should and should not do.

Dude really this is for the members of this forum that did not get a copy of the cd with their SSR. Just trying to help all the members that would want one.
The Mona Lisa copy is Free and you can download the pic on the web. and I never told you what to do and as soon as I get a zipped copy of the cd I'll make an ISO for anyone that wants one so they can have it.

You do what you think is right for you. I don't know why you would need a zipped copy, when mp3 is the commonly accepted format for audio, and can be easily converted back to .cda for those that prefer CD format.

The forum member that had it did not know what to do so I told him how to rip a cd. If any one on the forum wants it just email me and I'll send it to you.
