Alex, I received today, they work fine & look good.
I only have one suggestion for you. Ensure you place enough postage on your next mailing -- two stamps doesn't cut it -- I had to cough up 33 cents due to insufficient postage.

Okay guys, rib the hell out of Alex --- LOL.
Thanks Alex...Dave
Dave,
Really sorry about that! I was told that 2 stamps were enough, but that was obviously an error by the person who weighed it in the mail room at my office. I guess I'll have to add a 3rd $0.42 stamp for you "left coast" folks.
I just now sent you $0.50 reimbursement via PayPal for my mistake. I hate owing people money.

You're welcome! I'm glad I had you laughing again, as I did not want you to take my $0.50 reimbursement as an act of sarcasm on my part. I just like to try and do things right, and correct my mistakes when I am made aware of them.
Main thing is I'm glad that you like the covers, and thanks for posting your comments!

We'll I've come up with a solution that works for me on both counts. First, while this solution can't prevent you from hitting them with you head, nevertheless the blow and potential damage to your scalp should be substantailly minimized. Second, I believe that this solution dresses things up nicely.
If any of you are interested, I'm selling the set of 3 stud protectors for $12.00 to fanatics. The price includes shipping. What you will get is as follows:
1. Three (3) @ 1/2" long pieces of 3/8" diameter Taylor "Sho-Tuff" chrome split conduit.....the good stuff that doesn't flake or chip.
2. Three (3) chrome steel bolt caps with pre-glued in inserts forming a flush outer surface so that they are ready to be pushed on and screwed into place.
I've attached a close up photo of one of the installed assemblies. I've had mine on for about 1-1/2 months.
Send me a PM if interested.
Alex
