Your chances of finding a set of American Axle 4.10's new are slim, but possible. You have a much better chance of finding a used set.
That said, there are several manufacturers of quality 4.56 gears that members are happy with, and I can tell you personally that they are great in a non-supercharged 6 speed.
There is also an option for 4.30 gears that is a good alternative between 4.10 and 4.56 gears, but I don't remember the manufacturer.....do a search, it has been discussed.
