Looking to fix up my (well, my fathers. He's never going to fix it so im stealing it ) SSR. Its an 03, and doesnt look as good as it should considering its a beautiful red SSR . Anyhow, My brother broke the Hood emblem (2003 - 2006 CHEVY SSR CHROME HOOD EMBLEM MOLDING NEW OE | eBay) so i need one of those. New or used, I'd prefer chrome but satin will work. Not sure if im going to go for the chrome look or what. Also looking for a nice Chrome grill, if those exist? The piece that looks like this, but in chrome 2004 2006 CHEVROLET SSR FRONT GRILLE no BOWTIE chevy grill bar trim bow chrome | eBay
Also would be interested in Chrome rim's. I've got the stock satin ones right now on it. Hmm what else. Oo, Running boards, in either chrome or the stock red color. All of these parts need to be mint condition and OEM. Not a fan of china crap thats going to peel and stuff. If you have anything else i may be interested in, feel free to let me know! Not looking to throw 10k into the thing but im absolutely fine with spending a buck or two to pirty it up. Need's more bling to it :P.
ONE IMPORTANT THING I REALLY REALLY NEED. The Tailgate Emblem that says SSR.. The R on my ssr is missing (no idea how, it just is). So that seriously needs to be fixed. Going to replace the battery that died and going to take a look inside and outside and see what else i might want/need. It really needs to be cleaned up.

Thanks, haha. Joined a while ago and sort of just looked around and.. well.. learned stuff, haha. Decided to finally do something to the SSR so im actually posting now. I'm located in the good ol' Central New Jersey. East Brunswick, more specifically. Fuzzy, are they plain old matt's or do they say SSR or something like that. If they are plain im probably not interested. If they say SSR or something of that sort i may be interested o_0. Dont plan on ever really using it in the winter but hell if anyone other than me was to drive the truck guaranteed they'd get it muddy. Noone seems to appreciate a nice car in my family. You should see my Mother's Audi. Sheesh.

Those look sweet, and im sure are cheaper than the OEM Carpets i've seen (300$ on ebay. What the F**K!!?? i should part out the ssr its probably worth 50,000 in parts haha).
Anyhow, how much does a set/pair run for 03/04? :P Funny thing is my father *RARELY* steps foot in the garage so i can make it disappear for a week or two and he wouldnt even notice. Anyhow, first step is to get a battery in it and take it to my uncles shop for an oil change and to have it checked out. Then i'll put it right back and work on the inside and what not. Definitely interested in those mats. Let me know how much a set runs :P Going to probably hide em in my closet for now hahaha.

Out of curiosity, could the cup holder one replace the one on the left side of the dash thats supposed to hold coins? Or is there a difference between both sides..?

Welcome lambo2936. You might want to consider going to A WILD BC Cruze Rally in June 13 to 17. There will be a # of ssr there, so you will different ideas & info where to get most it. Dicktator is putting on a tech day on the Wed., he also has just about everying you could put on ssr plus there will some other nice customs ones there. Even if you couldn't make it for the hole time, the tech day alone will light a fire in you for you ssr.

Found cheaper carpets just now, actually, on ebay. 108$ Shipped. Probably goin to still go with the all weather ones though so if i go to the beach etc. i dont destroy the carpets.
Quick question. Does the SSR have retaining clips or something to prevent the carpets from moving? If so do those matt's have the holes or whatever for them or no?

Not bad at all, i got at least 5hrs. Hrs go really fast behind the wheel of the SSR and that amount of driving it will take you twice as long to get the grin off your face. Drive alone is worth it, tech day bonus!

He didnt lose intrest, he just doesnt have time to fix er' up, so ive decided id do it... that way when its nice out i could take it for a spin .
Anyhow, had to put off the ssr project for a bit but im startin to look for stuff again. Still need that emblem thing that goes on the tip of the hood if anyones got one. Satin or Chrome. Used or new, so long as its in damn near new condition (no scuffs or anything like that).

Got a new battery for the R (Weathers gorgeous so i said screw it im goin and buying one). Anyhow, now i seriously need all of that crap to get it in tip top shape AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
