Yellow Waterfall W/ Badge

I have for sale a yellow waterfall with a SSR badge that came from Marc NY from the 500 he had made. I purchased a spare waterfall several years ago and had it painted so that I could have a picture of my dog painted on it. This waterfall for sale now is the factory original with the badge added. I will not remove the badge for fear of ruining it.

I would like to sell this as a complete unit and will need back a replacement waterfall. Yellow would be my first preference.

Willing to meet within 50 miles of Carmel, Ca. I WILL NOT SHIP THIS ITEM.

For more info and pics, please send me a PM with your e-mail address. Cant seem to get the pics loaded on here..

Thanks for reading,

bcbear (marc)

you can remove the badge with a length of fishing line. Just slide the line between the badge & waterfall slowly.

Agree FISHING LINE and GOO GONE (or dental floss)
Goo gone softens the adhesive and helps clean up after. Good as new will not hurt paint.

Thanks for the info. I would prefer not to be the one to try it! Guess I am too chicken or afraid to damage the badge.

Even if I get lucky and get the badge off in one piece, where do I get a new adhesive backing to put back on the badge so it can be properly placed on another vehicle?

There are some times in life when it is better to leave things as they are and not look for trouble. If this was something I could easily replace I would have tried it a long time ago. This is just to precious to take the chance.

I agree with you, do as you feel is right. I bought three badges. I mounted one on my truck and gave one away to purple haze in michigan. The last one is lost in the stash of SSR parts above my shop.(save it for my next SSR, HOPEFULLY)
