2010 Chocolate & Covered Bridge run picture thread
Should have started this yesterday... or even Friday, but I forgot. Anyway, I didn't take a single picture yesterday! Camera is still locked in the bed. I will have it out today though.
A bit late to be posting pics as we're close to getting rolling on the bridges today, but I promise there will be somehting here by evening.

Once I upload to my server, I'll post a link for all of the pictures. Thanks to having my sister riding along, got over 120 to upload.
Color just for you Kevin! Please tell your sister thanks for the great pictures, and especially number three here with the reflections of the SSr's in the water.
Looks like I missed a good time. Too bad I'm stuck down here in Florida withthe temps in the high 80's all week. Hopefully Dicktator won't try to hold me hostage while I'm down here.

Well... that specific one was mine. That particular shot was about the only reason I made the stop there in the first place.
Just wanted to let the organizers of this event, it was beyond great, my wife and I had a great time and hope to do this again next year.
Thanks to all that attended and made this a memorable event. It was great seeing you all.

Just rolled back into the old homestead about 45 minutes ago, logging 1150 miles. Had a great time of course, a big thanks out to Doug & Margo for all the effort and having a whole garage full of Fanatics at their house.

Ooops, almost forgot, PM me if you want a copy of the video I shot of all the truck coming thru one of the bridges. It came out pretty cool, starting with the horse & buggy!

I'd like a copy (PM sent) ... I can upload it onto my server and post the link here. No problem with bandwidth.
We got home around 3PM Monday. Sleeping last night was no problem! It looks as though the SSR "Tour Season" is about over here in the north, sad, but true. Oh well, it will make Maggie Valley all the more sweeter next spring. It'll give me all winter to shop for new tires. We want to thank Kevin, Doug and Margo, Kristen & Tim for making this one of the premier events on the "SSR tour schedule". Your efforts are VERY much appreciated. A special thanks to Cam (Cancam) for the tip on solving my roof/window problem. We thought for a while we were going to be driving the 600 miles back home with the windows down. The SSR family is one of the greatest families ever, we have friends in all sections of the country and can hardly wait until next year. God bless you all!
