The 2011 Committee has certain milestone payments for the banquet and breakfast to make to the hotel beginning in the near future, so if you're able, we'd appreciate getting your choices, registrations and payments as soon as you can.
I'd like to add that the pricing for all meals include a 20% gratuity and (currently) 11.449% sales tax, which is why the prices are what they are.
Thank you, thank you very much, and we appreciate your support of the 2011 Rally!

I agree that all the reasons in the note above are valid and encourage everyone to pay as soon as possible. You can't make these things happen without money up front.
Thank you to the committee. But have to comment on one part.

The sales tax rate has increased 1% since we negotiated the contract last March, and I suspect it will increase at least 1% more before the Rally.
Attendees will not see any increases in prices, provided that they make their
meal registrations before any sales tax increase. Sign of the times, it's out of our control.
