Those of you who might be late in getting your tee order in...let me know!!! If we have an idea that you are sending your form in, PM river run or artsmart...or email me at the email listed below. We do not plan on having any extra 2013 tees at the event.

You may also indicate on this thread that you have mailed your form and check for your tee order.

Only if we are going to have to mail it to you. If you pick up in Laughlin, do not include the s/h. Some have and will have that refunded to them at the event.

12/22/12 was the cutoff date for t-shirts...however, if you are quick and can get your order into the mail to me ASAP I will keep it open to 1/3/13. After that, there is no guarantee that your order can be filled. At this time we are not planning on having any extra t-shirts at the event.

We gave everyone extra time to order tees but to ensure we would get them by the event, we had to order and pay the vendor last week. I do not expect we will have any additional to sell at the event. Sorry.

Yes you did but we did not order them that far ahead...I thought you might have made an error so I have written you a refund check along with working out the situation with the "black" tee from last year. See you Friday.
