I contacted the local campgrounds,. they are suggesting to wait until after the first before we block.. Their rates are around $65 per night.
There is only a couple campers so far so it is tough to bargan with the rate.

Please note,.. if anyone is travelling with a trailor, or RV,. Hotel guests are welcome to park it on the hotel property during your stay,. but the town rules wont let you sleep in it.
Also,. there are "Pet rooms", please specify when reserving,.. they are almost gone. ...
(((Note .. a "Pet room" doenst mean it comes with a pet,.. you must supply one ))

So far there is a few driving and a few flying from the West Coast.
We are setting up check points acrost the country so Fanatics can meet up if they want.
Im pretty certain by June there will be a few Fanatics that want to share the cross country adventure.

I was thinking a sort of the National Hot Rod Tour, which I always wanted to do but never have. One big fun Caravan across the USA from one coast to the next!

We are happy to add another perk to the Rally..

We are planning 2 banquets, One on Monday night and one on Friday night.
The usual charge for a full Banquet is $37.50 per person, per meal tip and tax included.

I felt it was too much to expect each couple to budget $150 for 2 meals…
So I worked out a deal with the Host Hotel.
As an incentive to reserve a room at the Host Hotel,..
Each hotel guest will pay $25.00 for one or both meals**, tip and tax included… Its not a Typ-o .. BOTH meals for $25 per person..
That’s $100.00 savings per couple for both meals!!!
Singles save $50.00 for both meals.
