I contacted the local campgrounds,. they are suggesting to wait until after the first before we block.. Their rates are around $65 per night.
There is only a couple campers so far so it is tough to bargan with the rate.

Please note,.. if anyone is travelling with a trailor, or RV,. Hotel guests are welcome to park it on the hotel property during your stay,. but the town rules wont let you sleep in it.
Also,. there are "Pet rooms", please specify when reserving,.. they are almost gone. ...
(((Note .. a "Pet room" doenst mean it comes with a pet,.. you must supply one ))

Hey Grandma aka Ellen and Arthur, where in the "H" is Arnoldsville, Georgia? I can't find it on my Georgia map. We, Bob and Jan have an 05 Redline Red too. If you all are anywhere near Chattanooga or the the north Georgia Mountains let us hear from you. We are in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (jans55@comcast.net). Lookin' forward next June and Sturbridge. Grandma, aka Ellen and Arthur, good news, found Arnoldsville Gee A. You're on Route 78 just south of Athens population 347 or close. Tennesseecozydog.

Is there going to be a Caravan starting on the Left Coast and picking up folks along the way? We want to go but haven't decided whether to fly or drive.

Hello and Welcome,
So far there is a few driving and a few flying from the West Coast.
We are setting up check points acrost the country so Fanatics can meet up if they want.
Im pretty certain by June there will be a few Fanatics that want to share the cross country adventure.

I was thinking a sort of the National Hot Rod Tour, which I always wanted to do but never have. One big fun Caravan across the USA from one coast to the next!
Maybe even get our friends from BC & Alberta to join in

Exclamation New addition

Hello Fanatic family,..

We are happy to add another perk to the Rally..

We are planning 2 banquets, One on Monday night and one on Friday night.
The usual charge for a full Banquet is $37.50 per person, per meal tip and tax included.

I felt it was too much to expect each couple to budget $150 for 2 meals…
So I worked out a deal with the Host Hotel.
As an incentive to reserve a room at the Host Hotel,..
Each hotel guest will pay $25.00 for one or both meals**, tip and tax included… Its not a Typ-o .. BOTH meals for $25 per person..
That’s $100.00 savings per couple for both meals!!!
Singles save $50.00 for both meals.

If you have not reserved your room,.. you might want to do it soon.
The meal offer will be on the registration form coming soon to index

MUCH MORE TO COME… there so much stuff in the works !!!!

Like anything else.. there has to be a disclosure aka fine print…
This offer is for preregistered guests for the Host Hotel and Conference Center in Sturbridge MA for June 24-29th 2013.
The banquets referenced are on Monday June 24th and Friday June 28th.
$25.00 per person includes tax and staff tip for one or both nights.
** If you can only make one of the nights, the charge will still be $25.00 per person for the one meal.
Can not be combined with other offers. This offer has no cash value. No credit is applicable for those that choose not to attend.
Unfortunatly,.. if you stay off site,. your meal charge will be $37.50 per person, per meal, tax and tip included. .. Sorry..

OK, since I'm pre-registered for 5 nights, monday(24th) through Friday(28th), this meal deal does not apply, right?

This deal applies to all hotel guests under the SSR block, even previously reserved.
NOTE.....
please do not use hotel discount sites, you will not get a better rate and might not get the meal deal.

This is a great bonus for our event...

Yes, but you said registered for the 24th thru the 29th which is six nights, and I'm registered for the 24th thru the 28th which is five. That's why I asked.
