We are setting up the Pre-registration form to include as many prepayment options as possible. Many folks just want to pay once and get it over.
We are targeting mid to late January for its release. The pre-registration payment will help cover expenses, deposits, Rally Packet extras, and help budget "Wow Factors" ... Stay tuned !!
Please review each sign up event.. Some will have limited seating.
Make sure your name is on each of your choice adventures and spelled correctly.
VERY IMPORTANT ... MAKE SURE TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM and let me know when you have ... we have to keep track of the block. There will be a run on the rooms. Please Note,.. You must reserve your room thru the SSR Fanatic Block,.. all others may loose out on the banquet deal and resort bennies.
These rooms are lower in the block then any ".com" or "name your own price" company.

As an incentive to reserve your room early......
The Hotel has donated a few nights of room comps to give away as prizes.
Obviously you have to be a hotel guest to win one...
If you win one, it will be credited from your bill.
The Committee will find the best way to give them away.
To be fair to everyone .. We will have a "plan B" if one of the few folks staying at a different resort should win one of the comps.
I thought it was a real nice thing for them to offer.
Remember,.. The Host Hotel is giving us a lot of bonus deals... Banquets ...$25 per Hotel Guest covers BOTH meals (Monday & Friday).
Regularly $75 for both meals (None Guests will have to pay $35 per meal, sorry).
A registration room, A 500 seat ballroom every night, ropped off main parking lot for SSR parking only, RV and trailor parking for hotel guests, and more.
Please make sure you register ASAP... Check post #1 to make sure I have you on the list. There is more rooms taken then shown,.. We want to make sure everyone gets a room.

The Rally Pre Registration will help budget our expenses and pay for upfront costs.
We are asking each attendee to purchase the Pre Registration Package for $39.00
Pre Registration will close on May 15th so we can order all the materials and services.

Please print and sign one form for each person.. its easier to file.
Since the requested fee covers all the entertainment we are asking for each person to register.
Please Note,.. you dont have to buy a Rally packet but it is worth the investment... Just the entrance fees will pay for the packet, let alone all the goodies..

Once we start logging-in the information,.. We will add "PRE REG" to your names.

You know,.. Im bad at names, I thought your name was Mark.. so I cheated and went back to the sign up for the 4th of July run we did back in 2010.... It was listed as John ?!?! I thought I was way off ...
You made me feel better knowing its Mike,.. at least I got the first letter right...LOL

You can help us out by letting us know anything you see out of place...
A sign up might be wrong, names,.. a preference to nick names, ect.
You have all been great with understanding.
We encourage you to let us know when there is a miss..
You are part of the team to make this perfect.
Here is some insight on the complexity for keeping track of things..
There will be over 200 people at this event.
Each person has 20 options so far that we have to keep track of .
That means 4,000 choices will be logged into our Excel sheet.
Im sure by opening day there will be closer to 6000 options to dispense.
So the more that can be corrected early,..
The less of my screw ups my wonderful wife has to fix later.
Ill take this opertunity to Thank Cori for setting up an awesome system in Excel that is now proving EXTREMELY handy for all the pre registrations pouring in now..
