If you do NOT have a SSR Fanatic Name Badge from a previous event, please contact Lloyd (lloger) by PM to have one made for you and your co-pilot!
Aquarius Information:
In order to make a reservation, please call 1-800-662-5825 and refer to group code “C-SSR09”.
“Each of the 1,907 hotel rooms at The Aquarius Laughlin was completely renovated to be more spacious, more comfortable and to offer more top-of-the-line amenities. The upgraded accommodations include granite countertops, cherry wood vanities and super-absorbent towels in the bathrooms. In the bedrooms, deluxe Sealy® mattresses, designer linens and carpets, 240-threadcount sheets and modern wood furniture turn the Aquarius rooms into the most posh accommodations of any of the Laughlin, NV, hotels.”
Rooms need to be reserved no later than January 9, 2009 in order to receive the group discount.
Room rates are as follows:
Sunday-Thursday: $27.00 per room, per night
Friday & Saturday: $55.00 per room, per night
**room rates do not include 9% room tax**
For any more than 2 people in the room it is $10.00 per additional person.
Please inform the reservation agent of any special requests such as smoking, non-smoking, king or 2 queen beds. Requests can also be made for high or low floors, near an elevator, etc. however they cannot be guaranteed.
Parking is as last year, first come first spot. Like last year, the spots on the roof will most likely be open for those that arrive early. We will not be allowed to “rope off any particular areas”
