damm it! its raining here now and should change to snow later. last year the ssr got beatup bad from the snow ,salt,and drirt on the roads. we were hoping to not have a repeat this year. cross your fingers for us. we are leaving at 5pm today going to mesquite nv ,about 4hr drive then leave in the morning for henderson to meet the vegas group.

FYI: Yellow & Pacific Blue Pins almost gone.......

SSR pins will be available at Laughlin thanks to West Seattle Terry with his awesome Aqua Blur! Other than the pins Terry has with him, I only have 10 Pacific Blue & 11 Slingshot Yellow left. The other Solid colors & Tu Tones will still be available for a while. If you want pins, please don't delay !

I had to cancel Tuesday because an owner/builder scheduled a meeting at the jobsite Saturday morning (they work in LA and can only get to his new homesite on weekends).

I don't like liars so today I said something like, "I'm sorry, but I've had an "outing" planned with my "family" for over 10 months now and I can't miss this" . . .

He said, we'll reschedule for next weekend. I didn't really need to be there anyway at this point in the game, but I'm glad he understand how important "family" is.

Will be at the Mojave meet point at 8:00 tomorrow as previously planned to meet with mi mztrz, dailygolfer, and RUNRODRUN (if he sets his alarm) as the CANCELLATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

I checked with my son the Priest. He agrees that we are family and this is an outing so as long as you have been planning on attending for most of the last year, you were telling the truth. Welcome back.

It is rainy here so far. Not cold, I am sitting along side the river in my shorts looking back at the lights reflecting off the water. I'm camping in my teardrop, we are going to find out how water tight it is. I think there will be a lot of shining for tomorrows show and shine.
