Beside the farewell breakfast on Sunday, are they’re any other plans in the works for that day? Once I know then I’ll make my reservations for the 23rd thru 25th or 26th.

Jeff,
None that we are aware of as yet.
Might be a good day for Golf, as well as the Friday prior to the weekend.

Rob and I have decided we have enough on our plates with the meet & greet/registration on Friday eve, car show, photo op and banquet/dance on Saturday. Any and all other events/runs/etc may be arranged by other fanatics with our blessing.

I understand.
I'll wait another month or two before placing my registration.

you know...registration and reservations are two different things...you can do one without the other ...................................PLUS...you'll be retired by then, you can stay as long as you want...with us or without us
Ed Leis (QWKSSR) has been kind enough this year to step up and provide the logo for the 2009 Laughlin River Run...please check out his thread about purchasing t-shirts for this event.
Also, Lloyd (lloger) and Gerry (Bondo Princess) are in charge of patches for those who prefer them or want both. Look for their thread regarding patches sometime in the near future.
Boy doI feel left out, I was there last year and I'm not even on the invite list. I do plan to show up and the check is in the mail, or will be later today.

ya gotta let us know you're planning on attending...and have now added you to the notorious "invite list"...so glad you've decided to join in the fun once again looking forward to seeing you again.
Last year we cancelled because of the weather. This year we just found out our golf course where our home in the desert is located is in the rotation for the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic.

Sorry to hear you and Glenda won't make it this year. La Quinta is only 3 hours away from Laughlin...you could still be there for the final round on Sunday
Tell ya the truth, if I had a home there and a PGA event was scheduled I'd have a tough time leaving as well.
Its just that our home sits on the 11th hole of the course. Therefore we have several friends that want to come down and join us for the whole tournament so they can gallery and just sit by the pool and watch the golf. This is the first time they have actually used the course by our house.

Michael and Glenda,
We totally understand, however, we will miss you guys. Especially since you didn't get to come last year. Maybe "3rd time is the charm".
