Well... we're going to head out from Scranton PA today about 5pm. We'll drive to Youngstown, OH and spend the night there. That way we have a very easy drive on Thursday AM into Detroit. If anyone coming from the east is heading the same way, PM me... maybe we'll cross paths on the way there!

To all the SSR Fanatics gang: Unfortunately we got the word this morning that our son lost his first child so we won't be able to make the trip to WDC. Maybe next year? John & Cindy

Thank You!
Cordell & I would just like to thank Debbie, HotRodGirl and all of the fanatic members who helped make WDC possible for this year. This includes planning the event, the lot at Chase Bank that was provided for us, the wonderful food on the lot, and any and every thing else w emay have forgot to mentionm.
We had a wonderful time this year. This wa squite possibly the funnest year of the three years in a row we have attended this run.
I enjoyed seeing many old, wait scratch that, FAMILIAR faces, and meeting new fanatic friends.
I look forward to seeing you all again in the near future!

And a special message to Marty....
I just want to tell Marty that I'm, sorry I fell off the face of the earth the past 8 months. No, I'm not dead, Marty!!!
And to anyone else who wondered what happened to us, I apologize for allowing my busy schedule to interfere w/ taking a few moments to drop in and say hi!
I won't do it again!
P.S. Now maybe you'll let us go to Joe's with you and Dee next time!!!!!

Even though I did not get to meet and talk with all of ya'll.."Welcome to the FANATICS"!
It was hot (but nice) at the WDC, but as all of us Michiganders know within a few short weeks the leaves will be falling and it will not be long before we have to put our toys away again.
I usually put my SSR up by November 1st so that leaves me plenty of time for good "color tour" exscursion, so let's start thinking/planning on a run a.s.a.p.
