Tom/Jeff,
In looking at the on-line reservation screen, it seem kinda completed. I'll hold off until I hear from you guys.
When viewing the online reservation screen, you get a choose of Courtyard View for $206 or a Resort View with 2 Queens for $226.50 or Resort View with king for $231.50 or Executive Resort View King for $246.50.
So which one is your $99 special? Hopefully not the roll-away bed.

now I'm confused :willy you guys say you have your reservations made but in post #1 Jeff says not to call yet and that res is not open yet. ????

You can blame that on me Sandy as I told BlueThunder to put that statement on a couple of months ago. Guess I need to remind him to remove it.

Sorry for the confusion. Reservations are now open at the hotel and registration form is at the bottom of post #1. Should have posted in post #1 yesterday.

I made our reservations last night, filled out the registration form, put it and a check in today's mail. Like Dwight, we can't wait. We drove our 1972 Vega Panel to the top of Pike's Peak in August of 1972. I think we will take the cog railway this time.

Tentative schedule is as follows:

Monday July 5th
Registration in lobby 3 - 6 p.m.
Meet and greet for dinner by the water 6 p.m. till ?

Tuesday - Thursday July 6th - 8th
We will have up to 6 different caravans each day to places of interest in the region for you to choose from (up to 3 each day). See the partial list of venues we are considering below.

Friday July 9th
Farewell Breakfast - raffles, door prizes, resort managers awards

Could not just "Open" the document -- had to save & then open! Don't know if anyone else has had the problem.

We have made the hotel reservations. They didn't have anything but 2 queen courtyard rooms left --but at least I got one of those reserved.

Yeah.. ya had to act fast. I got our reservations on last Monday 1st thing and ordered a King bed only to find out later that all the king bed rooms face the resort and NOT the courtyard... Ahhhhh
