Hmmm...

I don't this is was a once in a lifetime weather event.

I've lived in Houston & Dallas and went through several of these "events".

Now Maddox.... is you could get the weather to be 50/50 -- Texas Hot & Sticky & Texas Freezing & Snow.... we might really enjoy the weather!

Snow in Texas isn't a once in a lifetime event but 12 inches of snow where we live is.
