Exclamation Items Needed for the WDC 2009

Items Needed for the WDC 2009

I am looking for a few that have some quick pop up shelters that we can set up on the lot.....Marty my buddy my pal? and anyone else that may have one....please bring it.

What to bring:

Camera
Cooler (packed with your favorite foods and drinks and don't forget your lunch for the WDC lot)
Passing dish for the WDC lot ( I think this would be a nice gesture)
Chairs
Good Walking Shoes
Hand Held Radios
Rain Gear (ya never know)
Feel free to dress up 50/60's or how ever you wish....many do for this event you won't be out of place if you do
You are required to bring all beverages for the weekend...please pack a cooler of your favorites
I will add more as items come to mind

At the Meet & Greet I will give each of you the itinerary for the WDC schedule events with my cell# on the top in case you should need me for any reason.

Everything is under control....except the weather I'll be checking the forecast on Tuesday of next week. Please remember the WDC is an outdoor event...plan accordingly

where are you meeting

Hi Everyone -
I don't post here very often but we own a 2005 manual SSR with about 4000 miles on it - we drive it for ice crean, my favorite vegtable, once in awhile. We live in downtown Birmingham and wondered where you might be meeting this week/weekend? We are hosting friends to participate in the cruise at our house so I don't know how much time we'll have but would love to see other SSRs if we can.
