Jim...The event registration and activity interest sheets are available for download at the bottom of post #1...the activity sheet has a breakdown of costs:
$10 per truck towards door prizes
$37.50 per person banquet plus choice of dinner item
$14.00 per person breakfast buffet
$???? tee-shirt sales if you want them (they will be mailed prior to event).
Fill out the sheets and send them along with a check to the name and address listed (me) and you're set.

we haven't determined a "final" day at this point. I would suspect you could order into January. Just trying to keep the number of the over run down and having to haul them to Laughlin...although I think some of that will happen anyway.

Registration forms filled out and check attached and placed in the mail today for Bill and Sharyn. Hotel reservations also made today. We will see you all at Laughlin in Jan.
