Jedro's Wagon Wheel restaurant is about 33 miles (58 minutes according to the map) from Laughlin and hopefully the weather will be nice for a short cruise for some lunch, a drink or just a ride with friends before the banquet.
Below is the tentative timeline juggling all 3 timezones (NV, AZ, CA):
Leave the Show & Shine (which is in AZ) at 2:00 PM AZ Time
Arrive Needles by 2:00 PM CA Time (have a bite to eat, a drink or mix and mingle)
3:30 PM CA time cruise back to the hotel arriving by 4:30 PM NV time - giving time to regroup and get ready for the banquet
If you'd like to join in please post so I can make arrangements with the restaurant.

The Wagon Wheel is easy to find. Straight out of Laughlin on River Road into Needles, you'll run right into it. Its directly across the street from Carl's Jr.
Spent a lot of early morning hours here after getting off work at 3 a.m. and waiting until the golf course opened at 6. Julia Roberts was there on December 18, during the afternoon. No telling who you might run into at the Wagon Wheel.

Well, this sure sounds like fun! We will certainly be up for this if our schedule permits. Melinda's parents will be joining us in Laughlin (as in years past) and we may be doing something with them after the show and shine, or they may wish to go to the Wagon Wheel with us. If Randi can guarantee that Julia Roberts will be there, I'm pretty certain we all will be there!

Please put down RAD-SSR (Larry and Nancy) for this fun side trip..
Hopefully this year Nancy can stay out of the boulder field and not pop a tire.
Since we missed the cruise last year because of the tire incident we will definately be there this year for the cruise/eats...

Is tomorrow morning to late to notify you if the Yellow Tub will attend the afternoon cruise? I'm waiting to hear from Rebecca and she is in meetings in LA. At this point it is a strong maybe...
