Since I KNOW that there are a few on their way to Flagstaff and have been taking pictures of their journey I thought I'd better get this going

I almost forgot the camera but thought of it before i got to the end of the driveway. I will probably start taking pictures tomorrow. Although, unless i can insert my card into someone's laptop or reader you won't see them until I'm home

Machell's Anniversary Gift
Upon arrival at Flagstaff today, Juan presented wildcat(Machell) with a new camaro. She was very surprised.
Happy Anniversary to Machell and Juan.

I've made it to my Accommodations:
Ok they go where I go but I'm all set up.
The others are showing up to check into their accommodations:
I saw no SSR's driving up and I was going kind of pokey, I thought sure one or two would have past me.
The good news is, it is 101 at home right now and only 77 here!!!!

All lined up to go to Jerome, so many SSR it took three Groups:
Headed down Oak Creek Canyon, Pretty now but in another month Spectacular:
Here they are in Jerome, I'm surprised they found parking together. Just a note by the firehouse is a huge (500+) flat wide spaced and almost empty parking lot:
I didn't stay as I was just there a few weeks back. If you want to see lots of Jerome photos look here:
Jim's Jerome Trip
This place is also in Jerome, fun if you like old stuff

I must be the only one with a camera? Or my forest wi-fi is better than their hotel wi-fi?
I missed out on the train adventure so I thought I'd take the trail behind the KOA to the Forest tower. See it in the middle, very tiny:
I should have checked the trail
guide , and not take any trail with strenuous attached to it. The "Fat Man Loop" would have been a better choice.
Getting closer:
Made it:
Now the views:
The white dome is NAU, go Lumberjacks:

After I got my custom tune from Joe Delano at the motel in Flagstaff, I went out for a test run on I-40/I-17. this what I ran into just before the exit to Lake Morman exit. Wonderful Arizona weather!!
