Need a head count on how many plan to arrive Thursday, early enough to meet for dinner on Thursday night. We will meet at the park at 6 PM.
Les and Dona live at Lakeshore condos, across the street from Rotary Park. They have graciously offered the use of the common room for Thursday night. It's a great spot to meet, and I will arrange a catered dinner with hearty foods. We can use the common area, and the very nice grass area facing the lake. Meeting at a restaurant is great, but the opportunity for Fanatics to mingle and meet is very limited. This will be a very comfortable and casual evening.
I have been able to rent Rotary Park for Thursday night, and have arranged for security from 7 PM Thursday. We will be able to leave the SSRs parked in Rotary overnight on Thursday. Our SSRs will not be subject to scratches and door dings from the hotel parkade, especially with the auction going on there.
Cost for dinner - $20/person
This is a BYOB (Bring your own whatever quenches your thirst) and BYOC (Bring your own lawn chair.)
68 attending dinner: Those in bold print have paid.
Ray and Iris Les and Dona Nathan and Bernie Dwight
Dale Stephen and Gayle Carl and Nancy Peter and Cindy Johna and Melvin
Machel and Evan El and Anita Tim and Kim Glen and Carol Jack and Sandi Peter & Eddy Lou andYvonne Mark Sue

Sue does a masterful job of "herding cats" as she call this group. We'll keep you going in the right direction.

My SSR: Striping by Fairfield, Confidence by Mike in AZ
We're still firming up scheduling. Right now it Looks like arrival Friday aft, and stayover Sunday night. Reg & calls in the next couple of days. Just too many connections and stopovers up and back.
Do I have to retain a social director next year???

Sounds like your social calendar is quite full, so a director may be of help.
Glad you're still making the trip.
Put you down for Sunday night supper? - still lots of time to firm up details.
