Woodward Dream Cruise-Lake Cruise Blue Water Bridge & Dinner Friday August 20th 2010

Friday, August 20th Woodward Dream Cruise Weekend..............

Woodward Dream Cruise-Lake Cruise to Port Huron, Blue Water Bridge and a stop at the Thomas Edison Inn with dinner at cheifbob's (Ann & Bob) in Almont MI afterwards.

Spoke with Bob today here are the details:

A contribution of $10.00 per person (payable to Ann & Bob at their house) is greatly appreciated.....they will be sure to have enough food (steaks & others) for all whom would like to attend including.... pop, tea, lemonade, coffee and water Please bring your own alchohol.

Bob did want me to let you know if you do not want to attend the run and just show up for dinner that is fine also or if you would rather cruise Woodward instead....feel free to do so. We will be meeting up with cheifbob after the morning cruise of Woodward back at the hotel at 1:00 PM promptly from there they will lead the run to Port Huron. I will obtain the address to Ann & Bob's at a later time.

I would like to give Ann & Bob a head count for dinner so they can plan accordingly (as many of you know it's nice to be prepared).

Please again help me in giving Ann & Bob an accurate head-count for dinner on Friday Please be sure to let me know if there are two of you.
This thread will be linked to the "Offical WDC 2010 Thread"

Fire?

I better get started now trying to light the fire...anyone have some extra gasoline they can bring along just in case I can't get it lit????

We will be grilling steaks, roasting corn and lots of other good food. No one should leave hungry unless they refuse to eat. If you have something that you would like us to put on the grill for you, feel free to bring it and I will try to cook it. (I stress the "try" part)

Firemen=Big Fire

A fire chief, firefighter and gasoline...all we need is a partridge in a pear tree and we would be all set. Please leave the fire starting process to the trained professionals. A fire chief, a firefighter and gasoline...I don't see how anything could possibly go wrong!

Make sure you ask Ann about the mothers day fire we had a few years ago. She loves to talk about it. According to the official fire report, she started it. That's all I'm going to say.
