Yoga anyone?
At my wife's request.......
My wife Elizabeth is a recent convert to healthy eating, vitamins, exercising, and Yoga.
In other words, she's trying to drive me nuts
She does this stuff...religiously, and would like to have others join her for daily workouts while we're in Kerrville.
According to her, all you need to bring is a Yoga (exercise) mat and after that you'll be a convert too.
PM me if you have any questions or concerns and I'll pass them on to her.
See ya'll in Texas.

HarleyGuy,
She has you in such good shape that I won't be able to keep up with you in Texas. Think I might have to sit by the pool and watch the workouts!!

there are a lot of ladies that usually do a little morning workout routine
I am sure your wife will have plenty of company, BTW there is an excercise room if any one would like to use also

Looks like the classes will start at 7:00AM on Monday morning.
Length of class will be from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on other scheduled daily activities.
