Hey John,

Congrats on your retirement! Good luck hitting the high milage. It wont matter if you beat him, Im sure youll have fun trying.

We hope to make more SSR events this year. 2009 was a wash with too many HOG events and the wedding thing.

We should have a bunch more pages for the NortheastSSR site this year.

Ill add you to the list for the 4th.

As folks start waking up from mid winter slumbers, maybe we can hit the dozen mark.

Growning quick !!!

Hey 838Stingray,

Glad to have you along.

It seems there are a lot of SSR/Prowler owners.
No problem brining the family. Im sure there will be more from the Prowler group that will join in.
I noticed the Rs have been sharing events with them more and more lately.

Keep up with the original post for updates,.. Im adding another event for folks coming from a distance.

Take Care

Thanks Cash,

My wife, Red, built the website. I think she did a great job too.
We had a lot of fun with our fellow fanatics in 07-08,.. but I was H.O.G. tied for the past year so we missed out on 09...

This year we will add to the site.

Add the "Dicktator" to your list! I am planning on coming to NE and want to be in the BIG parade.

I will have Dash Plaques made for the group. I'll get Jeffanatic to design something for the Event.

How many Plaques should I make??

Thumbs up excellent

Poppa Dan,.. Great to hear from you!
The first thing Red asked about the SSR parade arrangement was "Is Poppa Dan Coming?"
Ill put you down as a maybe,.. but I wont say anyting to Red until your sure.
Im going to start another list for camper/tents, we may just fill our yard.. .... But it couldnt have a better class of people

Dicktator,... Thats Great News! Glad you can make it !
Bonus about the dash plaques! As you see by the slow-but-steady growth, I cant tell just how many will come... It is open to the national SSR fanatics (not just NE). We can put a "sign up by ? date to get a dash plaque"... This way your not left hanging.... Sound Good?

Carl,.. Great to hear from you too,.. Looks like our NE gang is waking up from the mid winter thaw.....
It will be great to see you again... WOOF WOOF

Wild Bill,

I am a Pittsfield native and actually rode in that parade about 20 years ago in my late fathers 53 Nash. It was a blast and I would love to attend this year but unfortunately we will be in NY that weekend attending my sons baseball tournament. I will ask my brother and his son if they are interested in taking my SSR & Prowler (if that's acceptable) to the parade. BTW, he has the old 53 Nash (and a 36 Nash) that my dad restored but he does not like to drive them quite that far.

Hello Frank,

Sorry to hear you cant make it,.. If someone wants to run the "R" in the parade, they are certainly welcome,.,. We will have at least one Prowler joining us,.. you are welcome to bring that too.

If you change your mind about the Nash,.. the parade will have a classic car section.

See you on the raod

I do mirror/soundproofing install for FREE for SSR owners.
PM me if you would be interested.
