Growning quick !!!
Hey 838Stingray,
Glad to have you along.
It seems there are a lot of SSR/Prowler owners.
No problem brining the family. Im sure there will be more from the Prowler group that will join in.
I noticed the Rs have been sharing events with them more and more lately.
Keep up with the original post for updates,.. Im adding another event for folks coming from a distance.
Take Care
Wild Bill

website
Thanks Cash,
My wife, Red, built the website. I think she did a great job too.
We had a lot of fun with our fellow fanatics in 07-08,.. but I was H.O.G. tied for the past year so we missed out on 09...
This year we will add to the site.

Hi Wild Bill & Red,
How is married life treating you?
I see you are on the list for Maggie Valley.
I will be able to make it on the 4th. It looks like it will be fun.
My SSR: "Rev'in Mr. Black" 1995 Impala SS - black with a 383 stroker motor
Hey Bill
Charlie just showed me this thread. I go to PA every May to visit with my daughter so I will see you guys in Maggie Valley for sure. The Berkshires in July? That might be hard, but I'd like to go, better put me down as a maybe??

excellent
Poppa Dan,.. Great to hear from you!
The first thing Red asked about the SSR parade arrangement was "Is Poppa Dan Coming?"
Ill put you down as a maybe,.. but I wont say anyting to Red until your sure.
Im going to start another list for camper/tents, we may just fill our yard.. .... But it couldnt have a better class of people
Dicktator,... Thats Great News! Glad you can make it !
Bonus about the dash plaques! As you see by the slow-but-steady growth, I cant tell just how many will come... It is open to the national SSR fanatics (not just NE). We can put a "sign up by ? date to get a dash plaque"... This way your not left hanging.... Sound Good?
Carl,.. Great to hear from you too,.. Looks like our NE gang is waking up from the mid winter thaw.....
It will be great to see you again... WOOF WOOF

I am a Pittsfield native and actually rode in that parade about 20 years ago in my late fathers 53 Nash. It was a blast and I would love to attend this year but unfortunately we will be in NY that weekend attending my sons baseball tournament. I will ask my brother and his son if they are interested in taking my SSR & Prowler (if that's acceptable) to the parade. BTW, he has the old 53 Nash (and a 36 Nash) that my dad restored but he does not like to drive them quite that far.

Ralph and Ruth,
No problem about making it to the parade,.. Im sure we will see you in Maggie Valley....
The "WildBill" that signed up is a different one. Our name isnt on the list quite yet.
Colorodo seems like a big turn out... Im not sure the parade committee will allow 100 Rs...LOL
See you real soon

Hello Frank,
Sorry to hear you cant make it,.. If someone wants to run the "R" in the parade, they are certainly welcome,.,. We will have at least one Prowler joining us,.. you are welcome to bring that too.
If you change your mind about the Nash,.. the parade will have a classic car section.
See you on the raod

I know,.. who would have thought theres another "Wild Bill" with a red SSR ???

Wild Bill, Let me know as soon as you get the word. I am planning my trip to New England, which includes the Parade and maybe a Tech Day, if everyone is interested.
Dicktator
RED,
Just chedked out your Berkshire Run pic's & didn't see any Ultra Violet SSR's.
I will really try to get up there for the Pittsfield Parade.
